1. Non-Solicitation & Non-Circumvention

I agree that all clients, customers, and job sites introduced to me by TechVantage Solutions LLC (hereinafter referred to as "TechVantage") are the exclusive property of TechVantage. I will NOT provide my personal business card, phone number, or email to the end client. I will NOT solicit, accept, or perform direct work for any TechVantage client for a period of 24 months following my last assignment. I will present myself on-site solely as a representative of TechVantage Solutions LLC (or the specific MSP partner designated for that job).

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

I understand that I may have access to confidential information, including network passwords, door codes, IP addresses, and client data. I will NOT share, copy, or retain any client data, photos, or passwords after the job is complete. I will NOT discuss pay rates or contract terms with the end client or on-site personnel. All photos and deliverables uploaded to the TechVantage platform are the property of TechVantage Solutions LLC.

3. Professional Conduct

Arrival: I will check in with the TechVantage coordinator immediately upon arrival.
Appearance: I will arrive with standard tools and professional attire (business casual/polo).
Completion: I will not leave the site until I have received a release code or verbal confirmation from the TechVantage support team.

4. Independent Contractor Status

I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor, not an employee of TechVantage Solutions LLC. I am solely responsible for my own taxes, insurance, tools, and transportation.

1. Pay-When-Paid Protocol

TechVantage Solutions LLC operates on a strict Pay-When-Paid basis. You acknowledge that your payout will be processed only after the End Client has accepted the deliverables and released funds to TechVantage Solutions LLC. Standard processing is typically 7–14 business days, but strictly follows the Client's specific payment cycle (e.g., Net 15, Net 30, Net 45). The specific payment terms for each assignment will be disclosed in the Work Order before acceptance.

2. Deliverables & Check-Out

You agree that NO invoice will be processed until all deliverables (photos, sign-offs, closure codes) are uploaded. You must upload deliverables BEFORE leaving the site. Leaving a site without uploading deliverables may result in payment forfeiture if the Client refuses to pay.

3. Payment Method

Payments are issued via the method selected above. TechVantage is not responsible for third-party transaction fees.

4. Performance-Based Rate Adjustments

You acknowledge that the agreed rate is contingent on successful compliance with the specific Client's requirements. TechVantage Solutions LLC reserves the right to apply Rate Adjustments (Deductions) if the Client applies penalties for:
Lateness: Arrival past the scheduled start time without prior approval.
Go-Backs: Returning to site to correct Technician errors (unpaid).
Non-Compliance: Failure to follow the dress code, tool list, or check-in procedures outlined in the Work Order.

Electronic Signature

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE & CONSENT By signing below, I, the undersigned, confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth in the Field Technician Agreement (Section 4, Item 1) and Payment Terms & Deliverables Policy (Section 4, Item 2) above. I consent to the use of an electronic signature in lieu of an original handwritten signature. My electronic signature shall carry the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily, that I am the person identified in this registration form, and that my signature below constitutes acceptance of all terms herein.
